car wont start after putting gas in tank
alright whenever i put gas in my tank my car will not start up the first time i turn the key, however on the second try it does start up but it stalls a little before actually starting up but like i said its only when putting gas in the tank never any other time...any clues as to what the hell is wrong with it?

if its the ss/sc i know on mine when i turn my key i let it wait on ACC before i start it so the gas pressue builds up. You can hear it once you turn your key to ACC the fuel pump kicks on if your turn the key and start it real fast it takes a minute for it to start.

I hope you guys are putting in premium fuel (for Sc/Tc). If u can find 93 instead of 91 or 92 , do so. Its all about what fuel your Putin in your car and where its from. Mobile, BP and Marathon are the best fuels iv tested so far.
Noname stations might be cheaper. Its cheaper cause they mix water in to save money, and sometimes they mix 87 in with 93 to save money also. So you have to be careful. But get what you pay for!!!
Water sometimes build up in your gas tank as well. Use fuel cleaner to help with this problem. Especially in the winter.

my guess is an issue with the evap system. the fuel tank in modern cars is designed to vent in, but not out, so that fumes don't escape. i'm guessing that when you open the cap, it's doing something odd there.
the way to test that would be to open the cap for a minute, don't put any gas in, just open it.
then, close it, and see what happens.

Do you guys here a air rushing noise when opening the gas tank,Like it was under pressure.
If so the evap system might be faulty .(Purge valve)But I would think then you would get a code.
If you get the noise, next time open the cap real slow and let the pressure equalize slowly and see if that help.
Let me know
Opening the cap quickly might be causing the gas to be sucked back into the tank reducing your fuel rail pressure and thus causing the hard start.
But Im just guessing here !!
