I had the check engine light come on yesterday and remained there for the rest of the day. This morning when i started the car and the light remained off the rest of the day? Is this something I should be concerned about and is it likely to come back on again? Its probably my injen intake or vibrant downpipe causing it. I just dont want to be causing any kind of damage. Thanks.

Gas cap...if it isn't tight the check engine light will come on. Once secured again, it turns off.
