Hi I'm new to this forum I have an issue I bought my cobalt ss/sc about 9 months ago and am having a problem when I am letting out the clutch in 1st it squeals quite loud my car has a stage two clutch with a light weight aluminum flywheel wondering if it's my throw out bearing has anyone had this issue before?

Sounds like TOB.. Maybe even pressure plate, but TOB sounds more likely.

What kind of clutch is it?

If it's a ceramic puck style they can be noisy.

Mine does that a bit in the cold. Ky stage 3 . I believe that's normal for it. Doesn't do it when it warm

But doesn't so it on clutch engage does it when I grab the next gear, when it grabs .

upgraded clutches can be noisy sometimes. pretty normal depending on the clutch, i know the fx400 can be noisy as hell. aswell as twin discs.

Thanks guys I'm not sure what brand it is I'm thinking of upgrading any suggestions for a good clutch kit and where to get an upgraded TOB
