First call cobalt addiction before trying to hurt their reputation, it could be something simple so PM Donna and she should be able to lead you in the right direction.

You roll down the window close the door, and from the outside turn the key to the ON position. You should see the security light on. That will go away after about 10 mins. Without opening the door turn the key to the off postiion for about thirty seconds, then repeat 2 more times. Then you have to crawl through the window and start the car without opening the door.

dude every time you put in a new pcm you might have trouble , some people have to do the case relearn which is teaching the computer how to operate since its been changed this problem is normal you just need to contact cobalt addiction and learn how to "install" your pcm

Stick to help the guy out, not bashing vendors for no reason.
Do you have any codes or dash lights?
Does the car crank?
What have done to troubleshoot it already?

Did you plug the ECU in? Is your battery charged?
Are you using your stock ECU that has been retuned or are you using a different ECU all together. If your using a different ECU, your going to need to do the CASE relearn procedure so that your ECU learns the mircochip in your key.

Make sure all the connections are good, also did you keep the battery disconnected when removing and installing the PCM... also make sure all the connections are secure (those locking harnesses can be a bitch some times) also if you messed around with the fuse box when you were trying to pull the PCM out, open it and just press down on the relays to make sure they are all fully in and snug (happened to my car already)... let me know.

Hmm, try unhooking your battery for a minute or so and reconnecting it. I had a problem with my car not doing ANYTHING when turning the key because my security light was on. Try that and see if it works.

Did you try putting the original ECU back in to see if the car will run with that?? Just to try and rule out a few other problems. there is also a fuse I beleive for the ECU check for it you might have blown it.
