I know but I just get paranoid when something like this happens, which with this car, hasn't happened. At least it's not broken because of the car lol, it's human error. It also idles fine when you give it gas, and was ok during the cat warm up process.

from what your describing it sounds like a line isn't sealing properly or your intake gasket has a rip in it somewhere. could be a clogged pcv orifice as well.
did you guys double check all the connections. and yes the throttle body's do sound like there is something loose in them.
and no they shouldn't have to reflash the ECM if they replace the throttle body, there is a learn procedure that takes about 10 minutes to perform.

Yea, definitely sounds like a gasket or a very unlikely crack in your manifold. Especially since it starts after the cat warm up cycle is over. That could mean it takes the car to be heated up which would expand the crack or shrink your manifold and cause the intake manifold gasket or any sensors on the manifold to leak worse and make it more noticeable.

Haz l33t wheelz.
now that i think about it, and this would have been easy to do, we should have pulled the map sensors back out, and lubed the o-rings with lithium or at least vaseline and put them back in. I wasn't there when you guys did those, so i can't couch for their install. One could have been twisted, or slid in weird.
