have you passed the 3year 36,000 miles yet ??

if you havent passed either of those , then its still covered

and if they wont fix it , try another dealer (which i recomend any way)

GM has been known to extend the warranty on cars with multiple issues, it's cheaper than a replacement!

I bought the extended warranty, 72months 72000 miles.........you shoulda too.

I had the same problem with my AC, ended up being a sensor. Fans woudl be on HIGH even if the car had sit all night and not ran....leaked into pass side floor...it all fixed it.
