Cobalt SS 2010 TC

Hey guys, hope everyone is having a good day and now to my problems.

So Saturday night, pouring rain... im driving home slow but its night time so theres this puddle and im going like 10mph i didnt see it and well u know the rest.

Next day i attempted to start my car...
Heres what happens.

Car Turns on, 1-2seconds later it turns off.

Heres what i have done:

Took out the Cold air intake with pipes and all..
cleaned it, dryed it out water was in there..
bought a new Air Flow sensor (though the old one might have blown)
bought new spark plugs ( checked the old ones there was no water or no oil or nothing on them, it looked fine but just in case.)
I checked my battery voltage incase there wasnt enough voltage going to my starter that might be causing it to not get enough and shut down.

The car still shuts down on me.
I have no clue what else might be the problem i though maybe the throttle body i have to clean it but i kinda did that just wiped it down incase...kinda hard u know since the TC has the turbo attached to the throttle body.

Anyway this is all ive done, if anyone has any suggestions or have any idea what might be the problem please let me know.

Oh i also checked the oil to see if there was water in it but it looked regular.

First off the throttle is not attached to the turbo the TB is attached to the intake manifold. Do you have any codes?

i replaced the maf sensor with a new one ... that is the air flow meter(sensor)
also the tb is connected to the intake but the turbo is right next to the tb, looks like they are connected just saying.
I dont got a code reader so cant scan it for codes.

Nope the intake is attached to the turbo. The tb is under the intake manifold that in the front portion of the engine

So what exactly is your problem? The car starts but then stalls? Is it sputtering? CEL's? And btw the throttle body is not connected to the turbo. The throttle body is on your intake manifold. The turbo is on your exhaust manifold. They are on opposite sides of the engine.

Get a proper intake first off. Check if u have pending codes. If cylinders had water it probably go into oil pan by now, but if u wanna check to clear anyway , take out plugs and crank engine. Other than that idk. Should start even with no maf plugged in. Unless ur intercooler is full of water

I appreciate all the help guys...
I took everything out again, the intake manifold check if it had water again, took my plugs out, checked the new maf just incase all was good nothing so i put it all back together checked oil levels were good and everything seemed fine... I cranked and still stalled but on the 3rd crank just to be curious i turned it on and now its stable nothing wrong with it... i cleaned my fuel injectors.. i checked my ground to see if it was any faulty wires but nothing all was good. now the car running fine.
Thank you all for the help.... now on the side note
I wanna know if im wrong its always good to learn.
This picture if the front of a 2.0 ecto tec lnf...

Now you are seeing it from the front... where is the TB on there in the front since everyone saying its up front.

There is no intake manifold in that picture. The throttle body is on the intake manifold

What he said and what I said before on the lnf its on the bottom of the intake manifold and the cold side charge pipe connects to the tb. Also when I said front I meant front of the vehicle looking at it. not front of the engine bad wording in my part
