Cold Weather = Engine PWR Reduced / Engine Disabled

Hello All,

Car:2007 Cobalt SS/SC - Has ZZP Stage 3 Kit

Issue: I go to start the car, I turn the key and sometimes it will crank but no start and other times no crank/no start. The car comes up with the message "Engine PWR Reduced" and "Engine disabled". This has happened while driving as well, engine immediately shut off with message saying "Engine PWR Reduced" and "Engine disabled". I would clutch in and the RPMs would go straight to 0. Radio was still working when this happened and other electronics.

When Issue happens: So this happened last year in the winter but only a few times, when it was around -20 C. Once it warmed up at the end of winter, the issue never happened until this fall (I thought I fixed it lol). Now the problem seems to happen when the temperature goes below 5 C. Not sure why its happening at a warmer temperature now. But later in the day when it warms up past 5 C, the car starts perfectly fine and no messages about "Engine PWR Reduced" or "Engine Disabled". The one day I put my car in the garage overnight which is much warmer. In the morning the car started perfect fine (it was about 2-4 C this morning). I started driving to work and about 40 minutes in the car displays the "Engine PWR Reduced" and "Engine Disabled" message. Engine immediately dies and the RPMs go to 0 when I clutched in. Electronics seemed to work fine still like the radio and lights. I tried to turn the car back on and no crank/no start. I wait about a couple minutes and magically the car turns on with no issues or messages and I drove the remaining distance to work with no issues.

What I have tried so far: I've cleaned the battery terminals and the G105 ground spot. I have also taken off the throttle body and cleaned it. Issue is still present. Seems to me that its some sort of electrical issue that is affected by cold temperatures?

You'll need to get a code scanner to see what code is set to cause the Engine PWR Reduced message.

Okay I got it scanned. It came up with two codes

Codes:
P0601 - Power Control Module Internal Fault
P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
