Thumbs down Condensation in fog lights and a blown bulb

Today I noticed that there is water and condensation in both of my fogs. Why the hell would there be water inside of a sealed light? Not only that, I had one of my Luminics bulbs die on me so I decided to change it out this afternoon. When I removed the bad light, I realized that a burnt bulb was the least of my problems... the bulb had blown up INSIDE my fog light! Does anyone know of any tips or trick on how the hell I can get the broken blue glass out so I can have my dealership inspect the water/condensation problem?

Make them clean it out... ESPECIALLY if you are still under warranty!

It was an aftermarket bulb so they wouldn't do it, I cleaned it out with a vac and compressed air.
