well since nobody responded, i'm going to ask once more since there's more than this which is an issue right now... throwing p0116 and p0328... i know what the codes are but i'm not sure if they're wiring problems or if they're the individual part problem.. insight would be awesome. thanks

you need a scan tool to see parameters of ect then compare it to the intake air temperature sensor, the IAT sensor 2 should be close 16F of each other and disconnect ect and test resistance between terminal A and ground should be less the 5 ohms if more def wire issue or ecm and if thats ok sensor is f'd .your knock sensor could be shorted to ground or power intermittently hope this helps out!!

well i just got off the phone with my uncle. he's ase certified, whatever lol... but he told me the reason the knock came is probably because of the bogging down from the car when trying to start up when it was warm but not able to tell what temperature it's at... car would attempt to start, literally blop blop at 100 rpm and then suddenly jump to 2k and run and calm down about 800 rpm. so the engine discovered a knock at that point, which would explain the p0328. i never checked the code 3 weeks ago, but i'm assuming since the exact same thing had happened, that's why i got the code right?
