Cooling Fans pop fuses

Got P0480. Checked fuses and both hi and low car burned out.

Replace them and they burn out again.

So Im assuming my fan is bad (09 2.2 so single fan)

Anything else that would pop the fuses besides wiring short?

I would think it's either bad wiring or the fan needs to be replaced, finding shorts in a electrical system can sometimes be a real nightmare to solve.

Nothing should be damaged because its a 2009 car and havent messed with any wiring besides MAF, MAP, and TB.
