Crank/no start; 06 LSJ

So I currently have a crank/no start condition with no thrown codes. Injectors fire fine, 58 psi on the fuel rail, strong spark, compression is ~180 psi across the board. Tried unplugging MAF, MAP and coolant sensors. Triple checked timing, every sensor that I could think of was checked for a solid connection, no apparent wires are pinched or otherwise damaged, sensor values read off an Interceptor all seem reasonable while cranking.

I get the car to at least fire shortly by cranking normally for a second or two and then using the fuel flood clear. She will fire shortly on starter fluid, cranking normally yields a backfire. It does have #60 injectors. Recent work was the head came off but ran fine prior. It seems as though its just dumping way too much fuel to fire. I'm beyond stumped.

CKP doesn't appear to have made a difference.

The hex key on the housing must have a tendency to rotate as you install it, double checked the sensor timing previously but I retimed it a third time and shes good now. I appreciate your guy's help.
