Cyl 4 misfire water in my gas?

06 ss sc 70k miles

About 2 weeks ago I had my low fuel light come on and i only had 2 options in gas stations. Neither one was a good choice as i ususally use shell v power. Well after filling up my tank with 93 from a small town marathon, i am going down the road and my car is not as powerful as it usually is. Then all the sudden i guess i hit a small black thing the size of a cellphone and heard it hit in my rear wheel well and watched it soar into the air, about a mile down the road im going up a hill and my cel flashes and the car falls all over its self. I put the thing i hit in the back of my mind and think i have water in my gas. I drive that tank out, and refill with shell vpower, runs stronger at first but still have spark knock. Ran that tank out and still wont have power to make it up a hill, cel flashes for a misfire. Then put a bottle of HEET in with a new tank of vpower, runs like ass the whole tank. Now my cel stays on with a code for cyl 4 misfire, sometimes it'll flash but im still having same issues. the first day my exhaust smelled like eggs so im thinking water buned out my carbon, but what the hell do i do to fix that, its been $100 in gas already
