Dealer Quality Of Service Issues

Does anyone here know of a direct contact to GM CANADA. I have been recieving some EXTREMLY poor service from a dealer and i want to get something done about it.

I know i can take it to another dealer, however the first time i took my car to this dealer it was for a water leak in the trunk,, while fixing the leak their "leak specialist" scratched my bumper. So i needed to take it back to them to fix the scratch

Then they didnt fix the leak correctly and it was still filling my trunk with water. So i took it back again.

While trouble shooting agian they put a nice deep scratch on my trunk just under the spoiler, as well as added some more clear coat scratches on the drivers side rear quarter panel.

I have spoken with the service manager and he has awknowledged the scratches and said that they will attempt top fix them however if the guy that was working on the car does not directly admit to putting a tool on the trunk or scratching the trunk.. then they wont make any promises of finished product quality.

Can anyone help. I have pics of the scratches but i am at work and do not have access to them at this time.
