Drive Axle Seal is leaking!!

Drive Axle Seal is leaking!!
I am leaking tranny fluid through the drive axle seal on the driver side. I have alread pulled the drive axle and removed the old OUTER seal. Do I need to replace the inner seal? If so how to I go about removing it. If not is there any tips you guys would give me for getting this new OUTER seal in withing boogering it all up?
