Engine Power Reduced

Engine Power Reduced
Hello!
A few weeks ago I crashed my cobalt SS by rear ending someone..
There was a fair amount of damage in the front end, but the car still started even though there was a CEL..
Recently the dealership just finished up fixing my car, but when I was driving it home I got a Engine Power Reduced message and lost all power.. After babying it on the highway I went to stop the car in a parking lot and my exhaust sounded like a machine gun...
I have an aftermarket injen CAI and I think that's my issue at the moment. It might have been damaged in my wreck and could be altering my air/fuel ratio or something.. I took it back to the dealership so they could figure it out but i'm just curious if someone else could know for sure whats going on.. A bad MAF sensor maybe? not quite sure on this stuff so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
