Engine Power Reduced problem

Ok so I was leaving work a couple days ago and as I started driving, my car randomly decided to cut engine power. I've never had this problem before and idk why it did it. But I stopped in a parking lot, shut the car off, waited about 5 minutes, then started it back up. No problems. Drove it home and everything worked just fine. Now it's happened like 3 times in a row and only on initial start up. Like when I start it up after roughly 12 hours of down time it throws that code. Shut it off, start it up, like nothing ever happened. I'm getting codes on the dash too. P0171, I know that one. The other ones are for a crank sensor and barometric pressure sensor, but both are only intermittent. P0171 is lean but I can smell gas whenever I put any throttle to it and my AFR is reading normally. I did just put a new longtube on so maybe thats the problem?

Update

Ok so I took it and had the codes read. Multiple misfire. I bought ZZP's LSJ coils and put them. Same problem. I put them in and it sounded better so I drove it (after I let it warm up). Normal driving was fine but the CEL started flashing again. I tried it under load at WOT and Engine Power Reduced came on. So I stopped and shut it off. Started it back up and it was fine drove it and it got to about 7 psi and threw it again. Limped it home. I have codes that I need read again. My car sounds like a Subaru. Idk why. It's sounded like that ever since I installed my longtube, 3" catted downpipe, 2.9" pulley and hub, 60lb injectors, dual pass, and tune from ZZP. I'm at a loss and can't risk my car right now. I've read that it could be a blown cylinder?? Please help

UPDATE*****

Codes are p2135 and p1681 or something to that effect. Throttle position and control module not programmed. So I need a new throttle body? I've cleaned mine twice but it still comes up

This. Its possible that its the tb, but check wiring to tb, map, maf and look for intake leaks as well. Subaru sound is definitely a misfire

When my car had a big vacuum leak, it was throwing random misfire & TPS codes along with the lean code. It ended up being a bad evap purge valve solenoid on top of motor & dirty MAF.

I went ahead and replaced both the throttle body and the evap purge solenoid. I have a question though. The little green bleed cap on the plastic vacuum line; if you open it, should it hiss or vent vapor/fumes? Because I put it on and disconnected the plastic line running from the front of the solenoid to the throttle body and it didn't start acting like it had a vacuum leak. Same thing happened when I opened the little green bleed cap. Could the lines be clogged or something fuel related be causing this misfire? Please help!!!!! I'm going on a month with it like this and drag season is coming up lol
