Most annoying thing ever... My megan exhaust did this. I got so pissed off with it that one day I ripped it off the car and threw it across my yard (no joke) and put the stock catback back on lol

it's the flange that's hitting not so much the exhaust piping itself.

^BEST MOD EVER! haha, what exactly is the rubber piece you are using? When I have the wife/kids in the car I have most annoying exhaust rattle ever, I forget about it because it only happens maybe on that Saturday every so often we take my car somewhere.
