Exhaust sounds ricey?

yeah guys idk why, but my exhaust sounds like it has that ricey buzzing to it, and its nasty, and i cant take off without it sounding, and it seems it only happens when its cold, but it only will go away if i go WOT and then get really hot and then goes away, what can that be from? and how can i fix it?

Broken weld maybe? Does it rattle a bit when letting out the clutch in 1st?
I have the same exhaust, and although mine doesnt have this issue, I have heard of others that have. The more the warmer this exhaust gets, the louder it gets as well I find.

Ok, when the exhaust is cold, and you go wot, does it sound a bit buzzy under throttle for a few seconds until warmed up?? I have heard of that through a performance shop around here.

Post the vid clip I would be interested in hearing it

The good thing about Corsa is if you have a problem, simply fax them you're bill of sale with a credit card number and shipping addy after speaking to them. They will send you the new part before receiving the defective part so you dont have to run a straight pipe etc. Simply put the suspect part in the box the replacement came in and ship it back.

I have the same setup but with the zzp header too and mine is loud and rice sounding, it almost sounds like it has a leek at cold start.

Hmm, I will be speaking to Corsa in the next couple of days. I will bring this up and get an explanation. There has to be a root cause here. I will let you know what they say. The staff at Corsa are A+

My 2005 SS/SC With 120 miles on it broke a baffle in the stock muffler. The dealer tried to tell me it was normal and sounded louder because it was a performance car...

I laughed and said check it again, they fixed by replacing the whole exhaust.

Yeah, typical dealership crap. To my dealership everything that breaks is always because of abuse or a mod or it's just normal to be broken. My dealership was trying to tell me that its normal for an emergency brake to rub. I had to fight em to fix it. I'm suprised they didnt try and blame the brakes rubbing on my short throw or intake.... ****.

I had the same problem... It was my resonator, I can't remember what specifically was wrong with it but the dealer replaced it and that fixed the problem.
