should fall under the lemon law, they have to either fix it or replace it, you can return the car with no negative effects to your credit too

lemon law has nothing to do with a car being in accidents

They dont have to tell you anything... To their knowledge, they probly woudlnt have known anything.. thats why theres a carfax...

You check on a car before you buy it. Sometimes the dealer will give you 30 days to turn the car in with no payments to be made. Now the carfax is there for YOU to use it.. they dont HAVE to give it to you...

If you did the carfax before hand, you would have known about the accidents.

Im going to highly doubt that they said "it wasnt in any accidents".. they probly said they had no prior knowledge of any accidents as it probly passed some 483 point inspection.

IF thats the case.. you should be able to bring it back as long as you have the documentation...

You should actually bring this up to your finance company...

Tough break. At leats next time you will know to ask\research the most important question before buying a used vehicle. Not the dealerships fault at all, they are under no obligation to tell you, and owe you nothing. Sucks, but buyer beware.

you'll prob have better luck calling GM customer support. I had a prob with a dealer and ended up in a yelling match with the owner, long story short called customer support and got more then what i asked for!

your right...yes a dealer is suspose to show it to you. but yet again you as the buyer its your damn fault for not doing research on the vehicle you wanted wayyy before you considered getting it...so yeah there right withe the lemon law act and what not but also your fault for not being smart and asking first....noob
