Pm me the vin and i'll see what comes up in GMVIS . There might be some info in there that might help . If they sold you a car with any type of warranty block or salvage issue you might be able to use it to your advantage.
Another thing about carfax is that they only show insurance claims ......and how many times have you heard of or seen people pay out of pocket not to have a claim on their insurance record? I know quite a few people that have bought car's with clean carfax reports only to find evidence of prior accidents or repairs.

This is why you look at cars before you buy them. GM doesn't own the dealership either.
Change the title to "FU#$kin dealership took advantage of me because I'm lazy!!!!!"
Its not a new car and the problems were caused by accidents.

i work at a dealership and its your fault...yeah u got your carfax report woohoo! wrong! u trusted the word of a salesman who dosent even know how to get a real job? i always ask for them to print me off one right then and there...not believe there word...but you did and your paying for it now...and sorry do not blame gm! that is the dealerships fault not theres...gm doesnt go around everyday to check lots and check cars to see if there correct...dealerships do this everyday..why? easy to make money thats why my smartass uses the autocheck report and never believes what a salesmen says.....sorry to burst your bubble but everyone is going to say its your fault...

^ur right...gm only going to lecture them about it and perhaps they will take your car back...just remember one thing smartass...it was your fault for not asking the appropriate questions before hand that would have saved your ass to begin with....how would you not look into it? think about this..before you buy a used home are you going to believe the reliator? hell no your going to do some checks on the place before you sign a contract....so yes glad to hear you won and all that blah blah blah but you would have saved your time and bitchyness if you could have asked for one simple paper that would have been free since most dealerships work with carfax instead of you buying it for the amount on there website...fail/thread

can't believe you didn't read the car fax yourself and trusted a salesperson's answer on something so vital as a car fax. you trusted a saleperson that works for government motors that need to make sales to stay alive. i truly hope everything works out for you but chevy dealerships have never been known for great customer service in the past. i've owned 3 gm vehivles in my life and it's a hassle dealing w/ their dealerhips.
moved your thread to problems and service since this has nothing to do w/ performance.
