fuel injectors

I have an 06 SS (non supercharged) with 2.4 (all stock). I recently got 2 codes from the car. First was a p0301 cylinder 1 misfire. Next was a p1174. I was debating changing the fuel injectors. If I put the stock injectors back in, do i need to do anything with the computer. Also, am I on the right track with thinking fuel injectors. I am assuming that the fuel injector on cylinder 1 is the culprit throwing the p1174 code. Any input would be appreciated.

Id check your #1 spark plug first, just to make sure, since its eayser.
Try swaping your #1 and #2 spark plugs...
Reset the codes,
if its the plug, it will come back as P0302

If it stays P0301, swap #1 and #2 injector
then if it comes back, as P0302 you know
its the injector.

Or Apply the same concept to the coilpaks as well.

If your all stock and you put stock injecotrs back in, you should not need a tune.
If anything you could run by the dealershpi and see if they have any pcm updates.

I replaced all 4 plugs, and swapped the coil pack between cylinder 1 and cylinder 2. My son says that it runs worse than it did. The Service Engine light came on throwing codes P301 and P1174. I think my next step would be to replace the fuel injector poppet that feeds cylinder 1. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help.

no, don't swap the coilpacks of course it will run like crap then... swap the culprit injector with a known good injector.
