getting very annoyed can anyone please help

i have been having an issue with my car ever sense i installed my return fuel setup. when ever im below a quarter tank of gas and give it alittle extra gas( basically when im in boost) the car when start acting like its not getting and fuel. i redropped my gas tank and made sure i had everything installed correctly(which it is) the only thing i did not do on this install is upgrade the fuel pump. i am running 80 pound injectors on a tvs w/ a 2.8 pulley on e-85. but it was doing this before i even got tuned for e-85. anyone have any ideas?

If the fuel pump couldn't keep up wouldn't the car react the same way with a full tank of fuel? He's saying its only when hes got a quarter tank or less.

My car does this too, but I'm stock even. The only thing I can think of is you are maxing the injectors out. I know that the stock injectors are at 120% capacity..

check for possible air bubbles in the lines. i know it sounds dumb but with only 1/4 tank there may be air bubbles getting in the lines or water vapor

Did you in stall a new pickup ,maybe its not low enough in the tank and when you punch it the gas sloshes to the back of the tank leaving the pickup dry.

He's not maxing 80# injectors on a 2.8 TVS setup. I have the same thing and my injectors are fine.

Sounds like an issue with the pick up, only reason I can think of that it would do it only below 1/4 tank.

what is this pickup? i took this thing out twice already and everything is just the same besides before the install when i took that hole metal piece off the stock regulator. but im guessing the hole piece can only sit so far into the tank.

im gonna order a new pump friday and try that route. are our tanks pressurized? could it be because im losing pressure and its not sending fuel like it should? i also never bought that piece that goes in your fuel line for when u get a return fuel system. i cant remember what its called but it stops the fuel from goin back through the lines when the car is not turned on
