Giving up the Ghost?

It's been a long time since I have posted anything on the forum but I am in need of some help. Not sure how many people still own this year or if anyone have come across this issue but here goes. I recently as of early last year, installed a new down pipe with high performance cat to fix a clogged cat issue I had, issue resolved. Historically my car has had MAP sensor issues which I have fixed myself to resolve limp mode. Recently I was on the freeway and gave the car some revs and it died on me. After rolling to a stop and turning the car back on I was able to drive away but at insanely reduced power, but no CEL and no codes thrown, and this is why I can't figure out what is wrong, there are no codes. The car will struggle to drive as if it is starving for air and will bleed pressure but boost gauge says I am hitting 20lbs WOT which can't be right. I recently, Saturday, changed the MAP sensor assuming it was the issue again but nothing changed. So now I don't know what else it could be, mechanically the car was great the moment it stopped running properly with regular oil changes and newish spark plugs. Any thoughts or ideas are welcome because I have been talking with one of my car buds and aside from changing a few hoses that needed to be changed it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Also battery is mostly new.

2005 ss/sc stage 2 with injen intake, gm performance exhaust and performance downpipe and cat.

Just because theres no cel doesnt mean no codes so check them. Also if th boost went up you couldve clogged the cat again.
