I would not accept delivery of a car with a problem. Then they tell you they cant fix it, I would return that car in a hurry.

I have the same issue with mine, and mileage doesn't seem to make too much of a difference as I'm rapidly approaching 5,000 miles on the odometer. Looks like it's time to contact my dealer about a possible reflash.

Mine's been doing that a couple of times now, and I'm at abour 2300 miles. With that, only hitting 10.5 lbs of boost, and the ABS brake coming on the other day, I've decided to make an apointment tomorrow. The lady said it should all be fixed in about an hour.

What you need to do is to keep calling detroit, to keep them up to date on your situation and perhaps gain any available new information about this common issue that the stealership can't seem to get a handle on.
With some people recieving a reflash and this cures the issue and others still fighting the stealer on a resolution, someone has dropped the ball.
What an embarassment for this hot new product on GM's end of the deal.

Let me ask you this? IS the problem something that the dealer has replicated? If so they need to freaking fix it, saying they don't have a fix is unacceptable and it's time to call GM corp. Having a rough idle can be dangerous, especially when you have to pull into traffic or start up on a hill ect....

Then GM lied about it and said there was never anything wrong with your brakes.
What you should do is take your car into and empty parking lot or straight stretch of road where you cannot hit anything. Then get up to about 35 mph and mash your brakes as hard as possible to see if your ABS will kick in and modulate and control the skid. If not, then you have a problem and should demand to have it fixed and I'm going to go after GM for covering up the problem, so let me know how the test goes if you should try it.
P.S. don't crash your car if you should go into a skid WIDE OPEN AREA is key to this test

BullDog71ss-GM has a "black box" installed in your vehicle which should have recorded the series of events up to your incident.
If you feel you are correct and as a matter of principle I wouldn't let that go!
