Hard to push clutch in....

Hard to push clutch in....
So after I do a pull in any gear I put it in neautral and then when I go to put it back into a gear my clutch gets really hard to push down and when you go to let off of it engages instantly and pretty much kill the car or bog down really bad. Then it goes back to normal after you push the clutch again. So does anybody have any thoughts or ideas of what could be wrong?
