Sometimes I'll turn my car on and the stock headunit will light up and a radio station will be selected but no music will play. I can turn the volume knob and the volume scroll bar gets bigger or smaller, but no sound is produced. The audio controls on the steering wheel also do nothing (the station won't change and the volume buttons do not change the volume scroll bar).

As soon as I press one of the preset buttons on the headunit, or turn it off and back on, it plays music fine. I haven't noticed the problem with CDs/MP3s through the aux jack; but I listen to FM radio most of the time.

Anyone know what the problem could be?
