HELP! Any1 that had the timing chain replaced for TSB!

Somebody please help me out. Anybody that had there timing chain replaced for a TSB. I want more information on this due to the fact the dealership wont do anything to my car unless i take the motor mounts and trans mounts out of my car first. I wanna do my Stage 3 this weekend but my car is F'd up as it makes a screeching noise at idle (sometimes) The dealership drove it and didn't find anything (like i thought they wouldn't) and said i hafta undo the mounts. I'm looking for a TSB number from GM and came up with nothing. Anybody with more information please shed some light on this for me I really appreciate it.

PIP#4014 all this states is there is an updated design because of old design flaws and tells service techs about the o-ring that needs to be swapped. Nothing else
