HELP: Bypassing passenger airbag

So I just bought the Bride Xax II seats and want to install them into my 2006 Cobalt. I was told that the driver airbag will always deploy if the car is on (can someone confirm?).

My main problem is that the passenger seat is a pressure sensor and I don't have that in the new seats. Is there a way to have the passenger airbag stay on at all times? Perhaps a way to bypass it.

If someone can I help I'd greatly appreciate it.
