Help: HID installed with no highbeams?

I need some help from anyone who may have gone throught this. Bought my HID Bi-Xenon kit from buyhids.com from Mike/mulrey13 on this forum. Just as the tittle say, no highbeams. But this kit is suppose to have the optional highbeams according to Mike.

I did the installed as instructed on his website. The only thing and according to Mike is that was difference with my kit was the missing, not connected is the part of the harness in white. Which I was told not need to be connected. So what am I doing wrong here???

This is the actually harness I got with the missing middle section as highlited in white in the above pic. So with that missing section of the harness and the plugs there is no way I can connect them together as you see the pic below. Again it was not necessary I was told?
I am not pointing fingers at anyone just so you all know where I am coming from. I am just trying to find a solution/fix. That's all.....

TIA..........

I had this problem before with my bixenon kit. There are 3 wires that go into the blue socket. Switch them around until you find the order that works.

I've asked myself that same questions? The bill, the box all said Bi-Xenon... I flick it to high beam and both lights go out.

all you have here is a 12v constant (red) and a 12 ground (black) from the blue connector that energize when the high beam is turned on. if you plug the blue connector into your factory harness you will see that the red and black wires go to the high beam output, the black is the common ground hence it has two wires out of one pin.

cut the plugs off the two sets of wires you cannot plug together and match the colors, red to red and black to black. all this do is when you hit your high beams the hi beam wire energizes and powers a relay that activates a selonoid that makes a blinder suck in and will not block the bottom of the light bulb. this causes the light emitted from the bottom of the bulb to reflect off the lower silver portion of your head lamp housing and causes a higher aimed beam of light. not brighter but allows the beam to extend up as a high beam would.

i would contact the seller or manufacture of the lights and request an adapter or cut it like i said. good luck

The reason you do not have highbeams is because of those 2 wires. They need to be connected.

you do connect those wires together but you DONT need the "jumper" wire (the wire you outlined in white). It is not required in the 9007 kits. I belive ive told you this about 5 times now. I also told you to send back the bulbs and harness so i could replace/look at the problem but you went ahead and spliced and cut wires. Since youve done that i can no longer warranty it.
Picture below is with the wires connected...

Since youve already cut the HID wires, cut the 2 connectors off and then matchs the wires red/red -- black/black.
