Help! How do I re-align my supercharger pulley?
Like the title says, I am getting major belt squeal from the pulley being about a 1/8-1/16 of an inch off from all the other pulleys. How do I re-align the pulley without taking the hub off?

i think your problem can be solved with a gear puller. rented at pep boys or autozone. it kind of looks like a tripod and will be able to grip on the small hub.
I just had this very same problem. for a quick squeal fix i was using castrol chassis grease.. but then i fix the mis-alignment, and it stopped. but then, my stock belt was no longer sufficient. and i had to go with the stage 2 belt. i think the only thing keeping my belt from slipping was the mis-alignment.. so keep that in mind when you fix this problem (your belt may be stretched)
of course you are running a 2.5" pulley, so i guess you have the oversized tensioner
Good Luck!

is it pressed on too far, or not enough? when you take the pulley off the hub, the hub itself should sit flush.

you have to take the pulley off of the hub, and align the front of the hub with the end of the shiny stick that comes out of the s/c (IDK what its called . lol)

hey do you think i could put washers beind the supercharger pulley when i put the bolts back in to move the pulley forward a tad bit or would that be a bad idea?

I think that would be trouble.
To bad it wasnt the other way it would be alot less trouble.

I would be extremely careful with that gear puller .. because it puts pressure on the shaft and pulls against the hub to pull it off. So If you arent careful you will push your shaft back into the supercharger too far. If you go that route .. take it really easy

Id fix it the right way man.You might be putting stress on the pulley bolts now that it doesnt sit flush with the hub.How thick are the washers?Did you put slightly longer bolts on?With the washers there, you probably lost a few threads on the bolt and they might break.Fix that **** the right way and dont ghetto rig it.Youll be sorry if something breaks because of something stupid like that.

Its not worth doing it like that in the long run,if those bolts shear off who knows the damage the belts going to do when is tangles and jams into the other pulleys or
super charger free spins at red line.
Spend the money and fix it right or better yet go see the guy who installed it wrong in the first place !

ok i got the new bolts from ZZP and the damn thing is even MORE to the right of all the other pullies. Besides the gear puller does anyone know of something that can grab the hub and pull it away from the snout a little bit?

not true...that puller doesn't push in on the S/C shaft it pushes against it for leverage. i used it on mine with no problems whatsoever. it's only an anchor point.

how did the bolts make it worse? The pulley is supposed to sit flush on the hub.I dont see how the bolts will push the pulley in further.Ur best bet is to remove the s/c and bring it to a machine shop, and have them remove it and reinstall it.Or buy/rent a puller and do it yourself.I have the zzp puller and it worked like a charm removing the stock pulley.
