Any updates on this? I just started experiencing the same issue after picking up my car from the dealer

What did you have done?

GM Stage 2 install and had the thermostat replaced

E to the X's was his wheel hitting the skirt.

Maybe they checked your air filter out and now it is the same thing?

Is yours a grinding or squealing?

I heard some one else had this repaired ,all the dealer did was put another screw in the tab on the ground effect to hold it back.
Going to look into it when the weather warms up.

Mine does the same thing, I shaved the top of the skirt where it can come into contact with a die grinder. This fixed it but just the other day it made the noise under braking and turning right at the same time. Mine started making the noise when I had install my snow tires.
