help needed

i have a 05 cobalt ss sc. i had to replace the engine because the guy before me revd the **** out of it blowing pistons and all. i have the stage 3 kit with a 2.7 pulley 80lb injectors and running e85. it was running fine for a a week or so now it went into engine power reduced and wont move at all. I took it to gm the said the fuel pump went out and blew the fuse block. They cant figure out why the fuse block keeps blowing from this, please help i really want to keep the car and not sell it or part it out. If the explanation is to long to type message me and we can talk on the phone thank you

The only time my car went into reduced engine mode I had been working on the engine and had a bad ground causing it

well what would cause the ful pump to take out the fuse block?

It's possible, but unlikely I'd say your pump went out, causing a surge to pop the fuse.. I would start the car, and see if you can hear it "humming" in the tank, if not man it's probably bad.. just replace that, and the fuse..

so you think its just the fuel pump and fuse if i cant hear the humming?
