I have an 07 lt sedan that the recirc, ac, and rear defroster is not working in

None of the lights light up above these buttons when the button is depressed.

I thought it may have been because I put an hvac in that was out of an 05 model but I replaced it with one out of an 07+ model Balt and still have the same issue.

Is there a fuse that only runs these three things?, as there the only things that don't work in the car.

I've checked all the fuses that sounded like they had anything to do with these buttons and from what I can tell there all good.

Is there a relay that works these three things somewhere?

If u have insight in the matter please post up, as this is really starting to frustrate me lol
