Help please problems with dealers and factory radio/xm

ok i am going to vent here not anything against him or anything but i bought a radio from a fellow ss.neter and he has xm in his car but then i install it in my car and it is locked and im like ok cool i will just go to the dealer and get it unlocked and then they were like this radio was unplugged and i was like yeah so then when they reprogram it and relearn it they put it to my cars original radio programming so now i am mad because i want xm in my car and i have all the xm connections hooked up so does anyone know how i can get this to work with my factory setup?

yeah i have the pioneer portable one but wanted the one that works with the stock radio

Yeah but if XM doesn't have the radio number it won't work.

Put your XM radio to 1 and you will get a code and go online and register it.

yeah but my radio is still set up as stock so i dont have the radio id yet because the dealer just reprogrammed my radio as if it were a regular one without xm thats my problem
