hesitation and rough idle (have torque app)

2006 SS LSJ

Ok for a little while now my car has kind of given a little hesitation when trying to get on it and accelerate, also it is starting to kind of bog down a little bit when i come rolling to a stop (or do a complete stop) but usually bounces right back up to normal idle, or will continue to idle rough. Recently i bought an obd2 and downloaded torque but im not exactly sure where to start and what im looking for, i graphed the o2 bank 1 sensor and just need to know what to look for, or what other sensors to check.

-when i ran the o2 bank 1 sensor when i would accelerate and let off the throttle the voltage would ride 0 flat for a couple seconds before bouncing back up, is this normal?

Recently had new air filter and MAF cleaned thinking it would solve problem but it did not.
Spark plugs were changed about 5000 miles ago (i commute A LOT, it was very recent)
Fuel filter was changed very recently

checked my STFT and at idle it fluxes between 0-5% but holding steady at 2500 it fluxes between -5 to -15% then back to 0-5% at idle

LTFT seems to be around 2-5%

is the dipping STFT just due to MAP/TPS readings? or could this indicate a problem

how do you diagnose it being bad though? would hate to just throw money at a new sensor if it doesnt need to be replaced

I guess just kinda look inside of it. Mine had rust and all sorts of crap in it. See, my car wouldn't stay running. It was SUPER rough, I mean like "Woah dude! You got a SERIOUS cam in that thing or what!?" kind of rough. Barely keep it moving to get home from work that night. One car place told me it was my tune. Put a new MAF in it and it was fine.

I'd go ahead and give your throttle body a good wipe down first and see if that helps.

Oh, and then just run some fuel system cleaner/injector cleaner

i think cleaning the TB would probably help the dipping when letting off the throttle (possibly not closing all the way) but the jerking/hesitation when accelerating wouldnt be much effected i dont think, would it be safe to point at the MAF instead of like the MAP sensor or bank 1 o2 sensor? I cant buy any of my parts today anyways as the dealer is closed (and no parts stores near me carry desired brands) and my dealer had an absolute terrible selection of parts for this car on-hand(would have to order), so i figured i could diagnose which sensor it may be while waiting so i didnt have to replace them one by one

It could be the MAF sensor or even possibly a TB position sensor or it might even be the TB itself.

What mods do you have if any?

Car is bone stock only thing I ever did outside of stock parts was put a k&n drop in on there but I fell suspect when the car started running weird so I took it off and went dry flow when the maf got cleaned and still running crappy, usually just hesitates and jerks under harder acceleration, but also rarely idles a little rough(almost never upon startup only after driving for a bit usually when I hit a stop light or something)

I should also note I've had a strange howling metal type of sound coming from under the hood lately that I've yet to pinpoint but I suspect that to be a different issue (usually happens around 2500-3500 rpm)
