Not really. My main complaint with the high rise is its too big. I ordered a low rise off another member since it blocks my vision (Read: I cannot see crown vic headlights) too much.

My stock high rise waved at speed too. The CF blade greatly reduced it.

It's my understanding that the fins at the back of the roofline of some of the Evos was designed to cut down on the turbulence that caused the waving at speed.

Random factoid:
Technically our "spoiler" is a wing.

"A spoiler is an automotive aerodynamic device whose intended design function is to 'spoil' unfavorable air movement across a body of a vehicle in motion. [...] Spoilers for automobiles are often incorrectly confused with, or the term used interchangeably with, wings. Automotive wings are devices whose intended design is to generate downforce as air passes around them, not simply disrupt existing airflow patterns."

My hi-rise bounces around like crazy, but no squeeking or noises. I thought it was totally normal for such a large wing to do so I wrote it off as life w/ a wing. I was out to lunch and driving back to work when a mechanic friend of mine drove by. He later said it looked like I was trying to flap my wing and take off.
