IAT2 readings bouncing around???
I don't know if my intercooler pump is going out or my H/E is bad or if there is a sensor that reads my IAT2 is bad? My IAT1 is reading like normal, as in this morning it was reading between 46-51 degrees...but my IAT2 were reading like 96-125 , normally there are only about 25-27 degrees apart, and know as you can see, they are reading about 40-75 degrees apart. So when I got to work today, I opened my hood and felt the S/C, intercooler hoses, H/E, etc...assuming they would be hot, but not even close. The S/C was cool, the hoses and H/E were cold...so anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

well your IAT2 reading is dependant on boost pressure and heat exchanger / intercooler efficiency..
If your running higher boost, then there will be a larger difference between 1 and 2.
If you have logged this before and know exactly what you should be reading, then i'd say something might be wrong.. but i would not rule out that your perfectly fine.

I have had my set up for about 1 year and the readings were always a constent 25-30 degree difference....the car seems to be running fine, I even stepped on it a few times and the power is still there...so I don't know what is wrong....

did you just start paying attention? Slowing release the lid on the line for the Heat exchanger and see if there is pressure. The temp always went up and down when i was driving. At full throttle it stayed the coolest, under normal acceleration it wouldn't cool all the way down. I don't think there is anything wrong with your system. Do a full throttle frun through 2nd or 3rd and see what the temp gets to.

You should hear air coming out and the water level should rise. Another thing you can do is with the engine off put a few drops of food coloring in the tube neck and have someone start the engine and see if the fluid moves. The coolant for the Heat exchanger is pressurized just like the engine coolant but at a lower pressure so if you take that top off the system should be pressurized.

yep, those are the ones...you only need 2. Hit up the Kart day thread in the southwestern section. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/south-pacific-57/scrla-formal-mandatory-meeting-kart-day-end-jan-41972/
