Idle bouncing when stopping

I have an 05 cobalt ss and my idle keeps going up and down every time I go at a stop and sometimes it make the car shut off I've heard that you have to clean the throttle body but I don't know how.

Injen, or K&N Typhoon will cause that idol bounce. I'd do box mod, or buy a ottp cai size wont matter just depends on your preference of tubing. Reason being is MAF sensor placement, and nothing to chop up the air coming in to keep it flowing smooth rather than swirling. Look at some cars they actually have a flow screen with the maf attached to help keep the air flow smooth. That's even in non boosted application vehicles, it's something to think about. GL.
