If you have a Sunroof
if you have a cobalt and have a problem with the sunroof button and its stilll under warranty take it in and ask about any recalls on it.
i went to the dealership for a few things today and asked about possibly switching my pos button with an hhr switch. he pulled it up on the computer and told me that its not a "recall" but they are taking in cobalts with sunroofs to fix the button problem. he told me they go in with a new bracket and bolt it down * i have seen people on here doing that with their original brackets*
just thought i would spread the word..im sure im not the only one who is pissed about paying extra for a sunroof and not being able to use it.

Are you referring to the bezel popping off or the button just not working properly? Cuz if it's the bezel, I've had mine in like 4 times for that damn thing and I've just given up. Now my headliner looks like poo

well, did they put the "new" bracket in and bolt it down?
yes, they said the " new type" will solve its problem..i stressed to him about what the origninal design was doing and i reminded him that it has fallen off 3 times since iv had it. last time they fixed it i havnt touched it...i just figured id try and get it done right while i still have warranty

mine was fine for 3k miles. went to the beach for a week with some buddys, left it open to go inside the condo to get something...when i closed the door the bezil came off along with the button and wires... it was about to rain..i thought i would never get the roof to go down...needless to say it ruined my trip haha. ever since it had never been the same. glad to know it will be fine * hopefully* when i go back by the end of this week...ill have tohave the dealership fix another screw up of theirs...they had to replace the bowtie on my trunk and some idiot put a small scratch next to it.
