infamous p0068 has me stumped

To start off 07 ss/sc, zzp stage 2, 3.1" pulley, 42lb injectors, badmab header, vibrant 2.5' downpipe with highflow cat, airbox mod with spectre filter, trifecta tuned.

Ive been getting the p0068 code recently. It just started a week ago. 3 weeks ago I installed badmab header. The code only seems to come on when I give it lots of throttle in 4th gear. I can go WOT in 3rd with no issues but go into 4th and maybe 75% throttle and BAM Engine Power Reduced. Under normal non-spirited driving conditions the car drives fine.

When it happens I read and clear the code with dash command. Its p0068 and only p0068 no other codes.

Ive searched here and tried the following to fix it
Cleaned air filter and inspected intake for holes
Cleaned Maf, Map, Baro, Scip sensors and connectors
Cleaned throttle body and connector
Replaced 2 vacuum lines that were cracked the others look fine
Pulled intake, throttle body, and supercharger off to inspect gaskets and so on. Everything appears to be fine.

A buddy of mine is gonna check it out with a tech 2 on monday and says the header should have nothing to do with it. I believe him but why would it start after installing the header?

Anything Im missing here? Anything else I should try? I just installed AEM wideband and id really like to see my a/f at WOT but cant really do it without fear of the p0068 shutting me down.

Im open to all suggestions. This p0068 is kicking my ass even though I can still beat most hondas while in Engine Power Reduced mode

So all the sensors are working fine but looks like theres a little play in the throttle body. New throttle body on the way. Hope this fixes it!
