theres a few ways to check to see if its working.
A.) look at the filler neck to see it "bubbling" if its not, there a good chance the connections is being disrupted by all the grime in there.
B.) before starting the car, open the hood. go inside the car and start it, and hurry and get to the filler neck. i should take 10 secondes top to see the fluid get pushed threw the filler neck.
C.)if your seeing it bubble but still dont think its working.(be carefull doing this, recommend you do it on a cold start!) open the filler neck and place a straw to the bottom and see if the flow pushes the straw towards the driver side. youll feel it get pushed, so make sure you dont drop the straw in it lol.
