LED plate bulbs not lasting

Hey all
Im using LEDs as my plate bulbs...but they dont last! Ive been going through many sets of bulbs as they tend to last about 2 months or so before going dim then finally going off!
Not sure why! I have used cheapo ones to the more expensive/better built ones and its still the same. The contact is good, they fit in snug - start off nice and bright then go dim. No moisture getting to them.
WTF is going on?

thanks

I've only replaced one in a couple years. Try dielectric grease?

I'd say it could be shock or voltage surge if it isn't moisture. LEDs are reliable but finicky.

I am having the same issue with mine. Just noticed it the other night. Can't figure out why it is happening. Hopefully someone can shed a little light on this no pun intended lol.
