Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

Looking for immediate Help!

Got parts in last week and just got chance to install. So far I have installed forge BPV, K&N SRI, and Injen charge pipe. Everything tightened and set to go I turn the key and get a click click click. Then started throwing check lights and I shut car off and unhooked battery... Any recommendations??? 2010 cobalt ss/tc

Clicking is usually a sign of a dead battery. And by check lights do you mean actual codes or just lights on the dash? Because if it's just lights on the dash, it's normal for them to come on until the car is started

No reason for battery to be dead though and had power last night turned over after install of parts. Didn't actually drive though. So I got in it tonight turned key and clicked a few times showed the normal dash lights and this it started with check traction control, check abs, check esc, then I switched it off and unhooked battery. 3 simple bolt-ons just installed followed instructions as well as all the advice found through forms etc etc.

You still haven't proven anything. You need to either scan for codes or check the voltage on the battery to see which is causing the problem

It really just sounds like you ran out of juice in the battery.

Fix the battery first.

A bad battery will set all kinds of crazy codes.

was loose on the positive post, unhooked both posts and left for awhile, reconnected and good to go.
