Lose of boost when doing no lift shift

I have an 2009 ss tc with about 8k on it. Up until last week it would just boiled the tires when doing a NLS, but every now and then it would just bog and fall over. Now it now matter what it just makes a blow off valve sound and nose dives giving a nice puff of raw fuel outta the tail pipe. It holds boost just fine and runs hard as long as I granny shift. It does this in stock mode or with my tune activated and in any gear. My thought is the bypass valve has failed but maybe its a sensor...??? thoughts? Has anyone else experienced this issue.

car holds 15 psi in stock
23 with tune on all the way to 6k so no change there...

thx...
