particularily when I'm at a really low RPM (yes reverse is still a b***h for me) and when its teatering on stalling and going but then decides its got enough juice to not stall and it bucks to reverse theres a loud "!BANG!" and then the car starts creeping back.

anyone know what that sound is? it only does it when I go to reverse periodically, its an awful sound

P.S its a p.o.s F23 trans with 120,000KILOMETERS on it, but everyone I've let drive it in my local club(that I trust lmao) says the clutch feels just fine...

Check your engine and trans mounts. Changing direction will make a bad mount shift in the opposite direction, resulting in a clunk/bang.

When I go to reverse my exhaust bangs off my trunk and makes a really loud noise. I also have an f23 but idk if this might be what you are hearing or not.
