No i did not have a hole in it but it was perty worn down. My max boost befor was a slow responce to just above 10psi. After I move it I can now reach the mid post between 10 and 15 psi on the boost gage. I also noticed that it would boost up quicker.

Do you guys know where this sensor connect to ? My mechanic said that was disconnected
As you guys can see my mechanic divided the black hose so he connect it to the sensors showing in the pic but my rpm goes high by it self the car drives by it self without pushing the gas
This is the black hose that my mechanic divided I don't know if it's right or not if I connect it to the sensors the car will keep screaming like the rpm goes high to 4000 5000 if I disconnect it from the sensor the car starts acting weird and dosent go once it gets warm it stalls I don't know what's going on in here I would be thankful if you guys could tell me

Your fixing a devise that cuts boost. Nobody has ever given a reasonable explanation of why or when the nanny pcm cuts boost. Run a hose from the supercharger inlet to the actuator. The hose coming out of the actuator is vented thru a lawn mower gas filter to air.
A drop of oil on the top butterfly bushing will stop it from sticking and give it the response you want. Yank that extra crap out, oil the bushing and fix it right.

the sensor your "machanic" hooked to the vacuum hose is the barometric pressure sensor, its supposed to be unhooked. its job is to detect changes in atmospheric pressure so the pcm can adjust the fueling based on elevation. hooking it to vacuum or boost screws with the pcm. unhook it and remove the t, or plug it, and find a new mechanic.
Stumpalump: the pcm limits boost in 1st gear to help prevent tire spin/wheel hop, and and will cut boost in an engine overtemp situation, or if intake air temps are too high, or if the speed limiter is reached.

Thanks for the help I did but it's doing the same thing I think my barometric sensor is dead because once my car gets warm it starts idling stupid and I feel the heat. It's just been a mess with all that stuff that my mechanic did he dosent even know what's going on anyways I'm waiting for my scanner to arrive so I scan it and see what codes reading but before that I took it and did diagnostic and it said map sensor and barometric sensor I got new OEM from the Chevy dealership I put them on by my self and I started having this problem feels like gas is not reaching like there is something stuck in the engine not letting it run smooth maybe after putting them on i should have done a clear codes which I didn't maybe that's why ?
