UPDATE:
So I got a hold of Magnaflow, and basically they told me "tough ****". So I was not too happy to hear that.
So I am just going to replace the muffler with a universal one that they have that is pretty much the exact same one that is on the cat-back system.
I also got a hold of ZZP, and they have sent me a replacement downpipe with a new catalytic converter. Very happy about that!
I will be replacing the downpipe this coming weekend, so hopefully that will solve my issues. I will keep everyone posted.

It's over like 4 grand it sounds "raspy", right?
I have an exhaust leak which is causing mine to sound like ass under medium to hard accel. Might want to check into that.

I had the system checked over by Midas for any leaks. I was under the car with the guy and we found nothing. Not the header, not any of the clamps. So why it is doing this, I have no idea. Just as easy to start replacing parts like the catalytic converter and muffler.
Now something interesting I noticed today and forgot to mention earlier. I took the car for a run and pushed it all the way through second to 7000rpm.....and once I got over 5000rpm I could feel some slight hesitation occuring, WHICH could mean a clogged catalytic converter or it is starting to head that way.
