My car just died!!

Hey guys, Just looking for a little info. I was cruising down the road today and the car just went dead. After about 5 minutes or so it started back up but was really rough and the CEL was on. I took it to the dealer and they said that it might be a couple of days!! The car only has 2500 miles on it.
Did anyone else have this problem or experience this??

It happened to me, but my car never started again. New engine for me, and all is 10x better. I hope it'll be ok for you.

No man but I keep hearing about these 06's having major issues with no miles on them. The 05's weren't that bad I don't think. Keep an eye out for recalls on the 06's..

It seemed down on power but no messege about reduced power. On-Star said that it might have something to do with the ignition or ECU.

then it must be a fried ecu. they will reflash if it isn't toasted, or replace it.
