Mystery air conditioning
so to begin,
A/c working fine last spring. Nothing but warm air now.
04 2.0 lsj RL
Checked the pressure through low pressure port. Checks good.
No a/c related codes. 10 amp mini blade fuse in bay junction block is good.
Warm air.
Turn on a/c, fans don't come on in engine bay.
Ideas?

what year is your car?
a friend of mine had a wire come loose and it did about the same thing. but it wasnt a cobalt.
check for a loose wire.
or as said below, a fuse.
lol. that was the 2nd thing i thought of.

I have a 05ss/sc, had same issue. pull out your stock hvac controller. see if on the biggest of the three clips in the back has a spot where it got hot. if so your hvac controller needs replaced. 260 bucks new, acdelco is like 140 bucks. i went to a LKQ pullapart salvage and found a hvac controller, plugged it in and it worked. Also first try the fan motor resistor module, it sets underneith your glove box against the fire wall. if you have trouble finding it, trace the black wire coming out of the front of your fan motor.

How did you check the refridgerant level? You said you checked it at the low side, did you use a gauge set or just see if some came out? Start the car turn the ac on, if the fans don't turn on then something is not right. Make sure the compressor turns on if not its more then likely the charge. If the charge is good the it electrical, check power and ground at the compressor.
